About Me

Hi! My name is Madè (this name comes from Bali, Indonesia), but I also have an Italian name: Andrea.
I am sociable and extrovert.
I grew up in Southern Italy, but I have always traveled a lot since I was a kid.

After high school graduation I moved to live in different cities: Munich, Milan and Valencia.
Currently I’m living in Groningen, I recently graduated at the University of Groningen and I will start a new job soon. In the meanwhile, I have 2 free weeks before starting the new job and I would like to travel a bit before.

I love sports: windsurfing, running and outdoor activities.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I had my first experience with Couchsurfing last year, when I hosted nice people in my hometown. I really enjoyed it and now it's my time to be the surfer!
Want to start solo travelling time to time and Couchsurfing seems a good way to live the local experience and meet nice people.

Interests

I love sports, especially outdoor activities. Of course I love travelling, but that’s pretty obvious thing to say and last but not least, I love people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love rap music above all, but I enjoy almost every kind of music, as long as it’s good music.
I love movies, some of my favourite ones: La Haine, No Country for Old Men, The Nice Guys

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sleeping in a small car in the Spanish desert of Tabernas, with my best friend.

Teach, Learn, Share

I believe that every person that you meet in your life, even just for one minute, can teach you something and learn something from you. The best we can do, it’s to make it the most positive thing we can give.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Cooking skills, stupid would you rather questions and fun entertainment.

Countries I’ve Visited
