CURRENT MISSION

I think that travel is one of the best thing to do in our life. Sometimes we prefer to sleep in our confortable bed, and to stay in our little house... but maybe is better going around the world ;)

ABOUT ME

Hi guys :D
I'm Maddalena and I'm 25 years old... I'm graduated in Sociology and International Relations.
I've studied sociology in Trento, a small city in the north of Italy. I think it's a nice way to understand a lot of things about our society and everyday life... which sometimes is so much complicated than we usually think.
My master studies were focused on research on Eastern Europe, and more precisely on the states of the former Jugoslavia.
Now I live and work in Croatia, Zagreb, wonderful city, full of colors and great people!

I lived for a few months in Pécs, Hungary. Is a great city, full of students and places where have fun! Moreover, is quite close to a lot of places that are great to see. Hich-hiking there was quite easy ;)

I'm from Trieste, a little city in the north-east of Italy. Here we have the sea, maybe is because of this that i prefer to stay in a place with it. I love sea, I like swimming but i prefer stay in front of it and watch the waves and the sun that slowly dips in all that blue.
Unexpectedly, I lived in Trento, a city in the north of Italy... WHICH IS WITHOUT SEA!!!
I sometimes went to lakes, or running along the river.. but is not the same thing :) basically, is because of this that I usually go back to my city every month!

I love eating, now I'm starting to cook and I like it too ;)
As a good italian I love pasta, but also indian and japanese food.

What else? Oh, i like soooo much listening to music, all type of it! The sort of music that I listen dipends of my mood :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Thanks to couchsurfing i met lovely people in Germany, Holland and Serbia. I think that travel is a wonderful thing expecially because you can meet different people from different countries and understand a lot of thing about the world :)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

in italian we call it "acrobatica aerea" ... Maybe the right translation is "Aerial silks". It's a sport that we can see in the circus... we stay on trapezes or on some strange and particular tissues...
I'm practising it since 2011, then I've started to do some shows and exibitions in Italy - if you see my photos there are some of them during a show :D -

Now I live in a shared flat in Zagreb... Usually I'm not able to host people, but of course we can meet and go for a coffee or a tour around the city!
