My name is Majdi originally from Tunisia and I’ve been living in Japan since 2019 . I’m passionate about travel, culture, and connecting with people from around the world. I believe the best way to understand a country is through its people—and that’s why I’m on Couchsurfing. I’m easygoing, respectful, and always up for a meaningful conversation over good food or a walk through the city. Whether it’s helping someone discover Tokyo or learning from a local wherever I travel, I love the exchange of stories, languages, and experiences.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
To meet genuine people and see places from a local perspective—not just as a tourist. I’ve had a few wonderful encounters through Couchsurfing, and I want to continue that journey. Hosting or surfing, it’s all about kindness and connection.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
I’m currently getting into new hobbies and this year I’ve learned how to surf and snowboard
What I Can Share With Hosts
I’m adaptable and respectful of your space—I know this isn’t a free hotel, and I truly value the idea of cultural exchange. I’ll always do my best to fit into your routine, keep things clean, and be a thoughtful guest. I’m happy to share stories, cook a meal, or just have a good conversation if you’re up for it.
My Interests
I love spending time outdoors—camping near Mt. Fuji is one of my favorite getaways. I recently got into snowboarding and surfing (still learning but enjoying the process!). I also drive, so I often take road trips around Japan to explore new places, hidden towns, and local food.
