ABOUT OUR HOME

You'd be sleeping in the living room on a couch, which is very small. We sleep on it sometimes so it is comfortable enough. More likely to accept guests if it's with a few days notice as we have plans most days. Also as we are working full time, unfortunately we will only be able to host during weekends at this stage (fri-sun).

Happy to take you with us to whatever we are doing, which could be anything between a hike, rumble in the bar area or to different events happening in the city.

We would appreciate some home made food from other parts of the world or a just a box of beer to share!

ABOUT ME

I am originally from Sweden but I have been travelling my whole adult life. I need to see new places and discover new things not to get bored. I have stayed with some really amazing hosts during that time and it has made my journeys very special. I get really excited when I see or learn something new and I have grown and opened my mind in a way I never thought was possible. Travelling is the best school in the world.

Now I've settled down in New Zealand as I meet my kiwi partner while traveling around Europe a few years ago. I work at HM as a visual merchandiser and absolutely loving it!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now I am just starting to use this app on a daily basis. As much as I love hostels, staying with/meeting up with locals just makes the experience so different. I have never been able to host before since I was never at home. Since moving to NZ I've been starting to take guest when my busy schedule allows.

兴趣

A day at the beach, skiing, climbing a volcano or to have a long night out are only a few. Love horseback riding, cooking and scuba diving!
