Hi Everysoul! :)
I am Marina from Ukraine. When i was a child i had a dream to travel all over the world, to see the beauty of our Planet, to touch other nations' cultures and people's hearts. Then i was growing up, graduating primary school, musical school, dance and theater schools :) doing yoga as a hobby, studying psychology in the university, then working as a HR manager and still keeping my dreaming... And at once in 2010 i've bought the ticket to India for 1 month traveling and this had totally changed my life. I went there as one person and came back home as totally different. I realized that i can not allow myself to spend all my life sitting in the office, that my dream is in my hands and i am free to make it true. Since that time i have visited the most of asian countries, studied yoga in indian ashrams, met my Master in the Himalayas and lots of amazing friends in unexpected places (including my husband who i met in my native city :)), took 5 baths in the source of the sacred river Ganges, broken my leg and stayed 2 months in Dalai Lama's monastery in Tibet under the care on buddhist monks, lived about 2 years on the most beautiful island in the world Bali, practiced meditation in monasteries of Thailand and Burma, can fluently speak Indonesian and read in Sanskrit, can endlessly tell you about my adventures and hope can help to make one's dreams come also true :)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Travelling is my life. I travel outside my home to discover new faces of personality of mine and of other people, to expand my mind, to learn how to be more flexible and more kind. And i travel inside myself with Yoga and meditation. The goal of inner journey is the knowledge about our true nature. I believe this is the main goal of human life. Taking the path of its implementation one can definitely find the true happiness.

我可以与沙发主分享些什么

I am happy to share my skills and knowledge with everyone who is interested in yoga and meditation. I can show some breathing exercises or something simple for your back and joints, or make a short guiding to meditation. If you don't like all these stuff, I am same happy just to share a pleasant conversation about art, philosophy, psychology, politics, languages... about anything with a cup of tea or coffee :) I like cooking and feeding people, so I can arrange traditional ukrainian/russian/indian vegetarian breakfast or dinner :)

My husband Vladimir with whom we always travel together is a very good osteopathic doctor. He works same with children and grown-ups helping them with bones, joins, nervous system, digestive system etc. so he can give professional consultation for the Host and family members if need.
