When I'm not bending into pretzels, you can find me eating an entire pizza by myself (it's a yoga thing) or attempting to meditate with a toy on my lap.

As a host, I promise to provide:
-SUNRISE 🌄
- A couch/bed that's been blessed with essential oils😊

- A morning yoga session that will leave you feeling enlightened (or at least stretched)

As a guest, I promise to:

- Bring my own yoga mat (and use it)
- Eat all your vegan snacks (sorry, not sorry)
- Perform an impromptu yoga demonstration in your living room (optional, but highly likely)
