I am a calm guy and I consider myself fun. I have a lot of social sense and I like to help others in everything I can. I have Italian and Argentine nationality, I lived almost 20 years of my life in Argentina, in different cities. I have also lived in the Caribbean, Mexico, Brazil, a little in Switzerland and Germany. I spent the last 3 years in Palma de Mallorca, Spain and recently transferred to Rome for work reasons. I know Rome well enough to offer a decent tourist guide, walk through its historic center and tell some useful things or curiosities about the city. We just have to agree.

ES MUY MUY MUY IMPORTANTE que tu tengas en cuenta estas palabras. Cuando puedo recibir a alguien, creo que puedo ofrecer una cama cómoda, una ducha agradable, un poco de buena comodidad y toda la información útil posible.
En mi casa hay unas pocas reglas: Tomar una ducha es algo SANAMENTE obligatorio y necesario. Tengo un olfato muy sensible. No hay problema con fumar tabaco, pero si se trata de otras sustancias, prefiero evitarlo. No es posible dejarte una llave de mi casa, tenemos que coordinar para que puedas entrar siempre. Si tu estadía es prolongada, seria bueno compartir algunos gastos de comida, por cortesía.
Mi casa NO ES UN HOTEL GRATIS, por tanto me gusta dar el valor merecido a los contactos humanos y los valores de vida. Si tu idea es tratar mi espacio solamente como un hotel gratuito, entonces NO es tu lugar.
