My name is Maria and I am from beautiful and unfortunately not peaceful Ukraine 🇺🇦I live here and sometimes I still have an opportunity to travel.

And here are some facts about me.

I am teacher, cultural activist, public speaker, and just a regular person who has 2 beautiful cats. Jassey and Lis. I live with my partner in a small house near the lake (yeah, such a millennial’s dream).

I have been studying linguistics and then business administration in the University. Sometimes I take pictures with my film camera, sometimes I create art, sometimes I write down some stories in my notebook. But my favorite hobby is “beobachten” (a German word for to observe, to watch, to monitor und to notice).

Some facts:

I always have some tea with me.

The reason why I am traveling is meeting new people and listen new stories. And of course making new friends.

I can't live without art. And my cats.

Learning and respecting traditions is my hidden passion. I can tell you a lot about Ukrainian traditions and roots and also it will be interesting for me to learn more about your history and culture.
