I'm a loud, quirky Greek who laughs a lot at life. In my everyday life I tend to be chill and easy-going, though I am quite opinionated when it comes to the ways the world works. Reasonably so, this place is both fascinating and infuriating all the same. I tend to talk quite a bit, but people usually find my random tales funny. I hope so anyway!

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I enjoy exploring new places and discovering places from a local perspective is always so much more fun than walking round on my own with a guide book. I also love meeting new people, genuinely interested in people's life stories and world-views and, though I'm new to couchsurfing, random encounters I've had with strangers have always given me the most memorable moments.

Also, so far, I've really enjoy hosting. It started randomly, but I've really appreciated the moments spent with the people I've opened my house to!

Intereses

I enjoy art, photography, random circus stuff. I sing and enjoy dancing, though I am far from good at either. I find spontaneity and being one’s self very intriguing and truly believe that the world would be a better place if people were a little crazier and way less pretentiously put together. I also enjoy languages, travelling, long hikes, reading, life stories - and the list could go on and on- I am a curious human being!

Música, películas y libros

I am an indie child. I listen all kinds indie, alternative, psychedelic rock, I enjoy jazz a lot, but I can also appreciate a mix of genres, depending on mood.

I’d say my favourite bands would be Florence+the Machine, Radiohead, Arcade Fire, Muse, Beirut, Arctic Monkeys, Editors.

I love books that are beautifully written and make me forget I've got a life. Similar to books, I enjoy movies that make me be in the place of the characters, feel their feelings, contemplate the great questions in life and engage me emotionally-damn does this sound pretentious!

I'd happily learn whatever one would like to share. Equally I'd share everything I can, stories of all my 10 lives, recipes, crocheting 101, good times, out of tune jamming, you name it. I think being oneself, learning new things, sharing what you know, being open, honest and laid back is of the best ways to have interesting connection with people.
