Hi ! I am Marie, I am 24yo, I like nature and outdoor sports (hiking, sea, surfing, skiing, mountains, stand up paddle, etc), hanging out with friends, meet new people, slow travel (I have a van), culture and events (festivals, concerts, exhibitions)...
In a nutshell : having some fun and enjoy life !

I am starting a world tour and am planning to do some couchsurfing steps to discover better the world, cultures, and the locals.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My purpose with this travel is to go to New Zealand... without plane ! This is going to be a loooong journey, especially because I would like to spend time with local and discover culture far away from surtourism habits ! Slow travel and slow life are a guideline to me. If this kind of ecological project or way of life stirs you up, it is perhaps a sign that we should meet ?

I like the possibility of helping people by hosting them in my flat ! I hope that I will do some great meeting this year ! Can't wait to meet you !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did a gap year, and I travelled in my van during several months. It was an amazing experience, I saw Spain, France, saw a lot of different landscapes, met a lot of people, did a woofing... And a lot more !
