Hey there!

I am Marie, a boat builder from Germany.
Currently I am remodeling my small wooden Sailing Yacht. In August I start working as a seafarer and hopefully sail the world afterwards some day on my own boat. In between I love to travel with a low carbon footprint and get to know more of the cultures and people of our world.

I love dancing, writing and watching people whilst sitting in a local cafe, reading, meditating, sometimes climbing, mostly cycling, playing music... In this moment I am very eager to practice mindfulness and enjoying the moment.

I registered on Couchsurfing because I like meeting interesting people while exploring some beautiful places. I learned a lot by just sharing everyday life with local people.
