Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I've always loved to travel and to collect different experiences! To let myself be enchanted by cultures from all around the world is my motto. There are hundreds of ways of life to be observed and to learn from and I would be very pleased to experiment the more as I can :)
Music, Movies, and Books
I love listening to MPB (Brazilian popular music), indie, indie pop, rock, etc. I find it really inspiring also to dance Brazilian rhythms, such as 'frevo' and 'capoeira'. Dancing is one of the most authentic ways of connecting with your own body! I don't really understand a lot about movies, but I really enjoy watching them :) Wes Anderson's 'The royal Tenenbaums' is one of my captives. The recent blockbuster 'La la Land' is another one! My favorite books are 'The unbearable lightness of being' (Milan Kundera), 'The idiot' (Dostoievski), 'Demian'(Hermann Hesse) and 'One hundred years of solitude' (Gabriel Garcia Marquez), what about yours? Let's change our references :)
Teach, Learn, Share
I could teach some 'frevo' dance steps and 'capoeira' moves :) I'd really enjoy to learn a bit more about cooking, meditation and other cultures in general!
