I mainly work from home, in East Anglia, UK - in the town of Stowmarket, Suffolk

I'm relatively well travelled across Europe, albeit mainly in "the west" - hoping to go further afield one day.

Thought this app would be a great way to meet new people, help people out who either don't want hotels, can't afford them, or who are looking to share experiences.

London City centre is a 1h20 train.
London Stansted is 1h by car
London Southend airport is 1h by car
Cambridge is 1h by car or 45min by train
Ipswich is 20 min by train
Norwich Airport is 1h by car or 40min by train
Sandringham castle is 1h30 by car

My house is 4 beds, plus a bed in the living room.
I am on the edge of town. 5 min to a large super market and coffee / food venues.
Or a 15-20 min walk to the town centre where more shops, bars, and food venues - and a train station - are available

Happy to help with travel ideas, transport advice and to spend time with guests if timing allows (can also give a lift to the station if I'm around)

Finally managed to go beyond the USA and Europe - I visited the Maldives in 2020, Cape Verde in 2022 and Singapore in 2023.

I'd love to get to travel further afield more.
