I am a happy person, very sociable, talkative, honest, and open-minded who like to live new experiences, travel, nature and meet new people. I love my friends, family and the place where i live is my small paradise. I LOVE my husband .
We are together since 20 years ago.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to Live gratefull for everything we are recibing from the generosity of the universe. Give back this love to others trying to dogood deeds, trying to change the world with small actions.

I participe hosting people and been hosted. I think with couchsurfing you can have wonderful experiences and meet incredible people who will write new pages in the book of your life. Also is the best way to exchange the real culture, fell yourself as a local or make feel othes as a local in your country. Show them the real spanish culture or learn about real culture for the people who is hosting you.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I don,t like hostels because you can,t know the real places culture. Only below people you can discover the life secrets, the Planet soul .

兴趣

I like sports (swimming, running, treking, climbing, pilates, etc) and nature.
I LOVE adventures in mature with Friends .
I love travelling and read books, listening music, eating and meet new people.
Nowadays i am very inside yoga and meditation.
Also i love dancing .

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I was living one year in Asia: Nepal, India and Myanmar, working in very interesting projects, as voluntear.
I was travelling by hich hiking and living there as a local. There, i learned about yoga and budism. Nowadays i am yoga teacher, also.

Also i was living one year in Italy, working as voluntear in a project with people with drugs problems.

I did Vipassana retreat in Myanmar .
I did medicinal planta ceremonies .

I was living in the jingle in Perú.

I crossed Spain walking for 32 days by the Santiago,s wayn

I can teach yoga or meditation , or zumba, pilates or tradicional indígena masssage.
I can share deep conversations or very funny,s ones .
I can share walks or teach you swimming .

I can offer to enjoy fantastic moments, with interesting conversations, i am open to try new experiences . I am very polite, independient and respectful at the same time. I can cook spanish or vegetarian recipes.
But my favourite activity i can offer is yoga or meditation. I love It, i can offer beautifull yoga class from heart.💙🌿
