Overview
About Me
Hi there! I'm Marvin from Chongqing, China (yes, the viral city where metro trains magically pierce through skyscrapers!). As a soon-to-be media graduate from universities in Lanzhou and Hong Kong SAR, I'm now prepping for my master's degree in London (LSE). During this intentional gap year, I'm embracing serendipity while documenting the world through my twin cameras (one for video, one for photography). I’m also a passionate cook specializing in Chinese cuisine and desiring to learn about foods from different countries. I thrive on cultural exchanges, spontaneous adventures, and collecting "first time" experiences.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I believe true travel magic happens through human connections. While guidebooks and social media show landmarks, sharing tea with locals reveals soulmarks. Some of my most cherished memories came from chance encounters. I'm here to create more of those authentic moments.
