Born and raised in Wales. A small but passionate country close to England.

I've always loved to meet new people and learn about new cultures. Maybe that's why I've designed a life that doesn't restrict my travelling. I travelled alone for the first time in 2011 and haven't looked back.

I'm definitely an explorer. Turning up in a new country with no plan and going on an adventure is a must for me.

I joined the Army at a young age, my mother initially said no but i was nearly 18 so it was only a matter of time before i could sign the application myself. I met some amazing people and saw the most extraordinary things.

After 8 years i left the military in order to live my true purpose. Currently I'm living with my partner in Bordeaux, South of France. Such a beautiful place.

Living each day as they come and I'm loving every second of it! For the past decade I've spent the majority of my days working so it's time to take a break and explore the world a little further.

I have more friends abroad than i do at home. Which is an amazing thing and i believe the Couchsurfing community will keep this trend going.
