My name is Maria, I am 24 years old. I am from the wonderful city, which is also capital of Ukraine - Kyiv. My major is advertising and public relations, and almost 5 years of my life were dedicated to working in media. Because of the war in Ukraine, I was forced to move at first to Latvia, and after that to Japan.
I am an extra active person, used to organizing events and my university and passionate about media dand journalistic. Currently, I am working as Copywriter in Latvian-Ukrainian IT company .

Since my first year in university I have traveled a lot, also by hitchhiking. It was a great chance for me to feel free and make friends as well as receive amazing(sometimes crazy) memories.

For the past 6 years I have been to 17 countries and want to continue this list!

In addition, I have hosted some people, and am now ready to have some guests! But remember - I live with my mother, who likes silence and a chance to have a rest. So, if you are not scared - welcome!

Even though I like different kinds of music ,the most preferable are music from 80's, like CC catch, Laid Black, Bad Boys Blue. Also I like Proclaimers, Johnny Cash, Scott McKenzie.
About films - dramas and psychological. I don't have favorite films, but the most memorable for me are Butterfly effect, A Dog's Purpose, The Grand Budapest Hotel, the Devil's Advocate. Tarantino's films I watched a lot, but they are too bloody for me.
My favourite book is "Revival" of Stephen King. Also I adore "To Kill a mockingbird" by Harper Lee and some books of Remarque.

Hitchhiking for more than 5000 km

I have spent a night in the tent between Ukraine and Belarus. It was really terrifying.

Studying Erasmus + program in Turkey

Working in 2 TV channels as SMM-manager and in UNICEF Ukraine

Was accepted to the program to learn aJapanese in Japan for one year

Tried surfing for the first time with a nice man from CS and almost stand to the board!

Performing as a speaker in my own travelling-event.

I keen on learning German, French Japanese (now) and languages at all. Want to improve my English and also learn design tools. I am also fond of active leisure time - invite me to hiking, yoga classes or kayaking. I've recently tried surfing and want to continue mastering this sport!

Playing guitar and piano is my hobby, even though I am not skilful player ;) Adore singing, and sometimes I have a very sweet voice.
