Hey There! My name's Maryann and I'm originally from Long Island, New York. I'm 33 years old and I'm currently in Vietnam pursuing a career in teaching English. Although, I've been traveling over a year (most of that time was spent in Ireland and the UK), I never expected to end up in Southeast Asia! But it's not my first long term travel expedition. During 2014 and 2015, I was working/traveling around Australia and New Zealand for 18 months. That first trip really opened my eyes to how traveling can change your life for the better. Sometimes you just have to take a leap of faith and make a decision to improve your situation. That's what I did and it's an exciting journey that I'm still on. The possibilities are endless and it's only fear that holds us back from achieving our dreams. I'm enjoying the process and taking it day by day while learning immense things about myself and the world. Life is definitely good.
