ABOUT ME

Easy-going, looking to meet some really amazing people on the old dusty trail :)
I'm certified to teach yoga, like a good beer, a laugh, and learning new things. I'm an environmentalist, a positive thinker, grew up in Seattle but live in Vancouver, Canada
I like trying new things and meeting people from different walks of life.

PHILOSOPHY

I really genuinely love exploring this world. As far as philosophy goes, I believe that everything that we see in the world is a reflection of ourselves. I am passionate about human and environmental rights, as well as creativity and healthy living. I also believe in learning from one another, from communities like couch surf, and by seeing the ways that different cultures live.

Booooooks! I love books because they have allowed me to travel when I couldn't afford to, as they let you step into someone else's shoes. I read everything I can get my hands on. Recently it's been Paulo Coelho, Douglas Preston and Lincoln child, Chuck Palahniuk, and Douglas Coupland.

I recently finished a yoga teacher training followed by the Camino portugues (the way to santiago). Holy smokes, still soaking in all the wonder.

I can teach meditation and yoga and English! I want to learn espanol, and how to cook authentic local foods from wherever I'm travelling and anything else delicious. I'd also like to learn how to play guitar!
