Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to support this amazing community and trust in people from anywhere — throwing all gender, ethnicity, nationality and politics out of the window — find the beautiful in people, spread generosity and love!

Interests

Firstly, im always interested to know people around me better. Im interested being open minded and honest with my self and others. Mostly, im interested in evolving and expanding my consciousness.

Secondly, i love my hobbies/interests. Sooo, i have to start with climbing/bouldering/board climbing/ outdoor climbing, and everything related to climbing (in almost a nerdy way). However, our theory is that all dedicated climbers are nerds. Anyways, i played florbal my whole life, its not too popular, you might even wonder what tf it is. Dont worry, its only popular in some countries. Next on must be photography, i wouldnt define my self to any of the photography categories but what i love to shoot and what got me into shooting photos, is… Street Photography (i have some pics here on cs). Then i like to be creative and work with my hands. Did a bit of crochet, sewing, diying my clothes, building furniture*, or like anything in general i like to create stuff, repurpose objects/ materials. Cooking is also fun, im still young and working on my cooking repertoire, my book of my fav recipes, my signature dishes. For the last year it has been poke and shakshuka.

Lastly, when i have time and any money, ill go for a trip. If i have 300 or 50 e doesn’t matter you can always travel cheaper. It is all about the experience for me, not satisfaction. For now always with friends or gf, however i still have the big scary door in front of me. Door to the world of solo travelling. The right moment is waiting. And im waiting for it.

Teach, Learn, Share

I like to show travellers local amsterdam community events. However sometimes i have too much on my plate.

Im originally a science student but i shifted my focus towards restoration and conservation of cultural heritage. Im still passionate about physics chem maths and a bit of programming (which im trying to get better at).

I like to bring people to climbing, it’s an amazing hobby/sport, i met many wonderful people through climbing. Also it is like super fun, there is always something new, sometimes scary, but worth it.
