Hi, I'm Matteo! I recently moved to Turin and enjoy travelling and meeting new people: I had many long distance hiking trails, travelled by bicycle and visited lots of wonderful places in Europe. I've been a drummer since 2005, I've played in Italy, Austria and Slovenia.
I'd be glad to meet people from all over the world, so don't be shy!

I and my girlfriend Maddalena live in a nice home, we can offer you a confy sofa bed for two and a bulk-bed, homemade food from the mountains, songs and joy.
We travel as much as possible, so please don't be upset if we won't be able to host you!

In general I don't accept "free bed only" requests: in my opinion Couchsurfing is an experience, not an alternative to a hostel; I always spend a few minutes to check a potential host/guest profile, a nice message along with the request is always welcome!

兴趣

I love music. I started to play when I was 15 years old and never stopped. Travelling is something I could never give up. The best things that happened to me were always related to other cities, countries, cultures, habits.
But I found out that also the "everyday life" can be as rich: I never lose the occasion to go hiking, biking, climbing, training at the gym, drinking, playing or any other thing that makes this life so majestic.

I'm a hard rock guy mostly, but I actually listen to almost everything, from classical music to black metal! Right now I play in a party band, "Bassorilievo", mostly rock'n'roll and 60's.
I read and write a lot: until now I've written five books of poetry and short stories. My favorite book of all times? "Eureka street" by Robert McLiam Nilson.
I appreciate many movies, from Tarantino to Crialese. Maybe my favorite one is "500 days of Summer" (I know, I'm a cheesy dude!)
