Born and raised in Alaska, currently in Somerville (by way of Manhattan and Austin).

Most recently, I worked as a case manager for a youth housing nonprofit in Texas. I'd love to talk about rapid re-housing and other models for ending homelessness.

I recently moved from a thirteen-person co-op to a seven-person one, so as a result I'm horribly lonely and looking to make new friends. :)

At the moment, I'm in grad school studying urban planning. My ultimate goal is to move back to Alaska, and I'd like to bring as much knowledge with me as possible when I do. Topics I'm trying to learn more about include urban agriculture (especially the cold climate variety), urban planning, homelessness, housing affordability, cooperative living, rural economic development, and writing fiction.
