ABOUT ME

Simply seeking a broad array of life experience without qualifying them as good, bad or indifferent. I work as a profesional coach www.integralshiftcoaching.com and also as Head of Strategy and Marketing for www.gaiaeducation.net where I completed a program in eco-village design and sustainability in 2013. Questions & answers on sustainability, ethics, consciousness, spirituality, philosophy among others pervade much of my world. Aside of that I love being in nature, while being a keen cyclist, runner, meditation, anything that nourishes the body mind and soul. Prior to shifting from ambition to meaning in 2011 I worked for myself in Finance.

PHILOSOPHY

To inspire others to simply stop for a moment and think about what they are doing and where they are going and ask whether it makes sense. Less is more, and the less we are in the past and in the future the more we can experience the intensity of the present moment.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have not participated much up and till now. I participate by putting on a number of activities in Geneva http://www.glocals.com/groups/geneva/geneva-art-of-living-group.htm including www.meetup.com where persons passing through town drop by. Other than that I have not actually couched surfed but being here is part of that first step. What I hope to bring to others is my authentic self, helpfullness, sensitivity, curiousity and bi-cultural nature french/english

Anything relating to human emergence and creating alternative living systems that enable people to live decently and well together. Would like to form an intentional community one day - maybe in France.

The list is long, love reading with my dear kindle, and enjoy movies - I am founder of a cinema and theatre club in Geneva.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Australia and Fraser Island was an incredible thing. I also worked on the QE2 for a year as a silver service waiter and saw the world, each day was difference that was pretty cool. I also stood on the deck of that ship in the middle of the Atlantic and the entire ocean around was completely flat (une mer d'huile) - never seen anything like it for such a fearce ocean.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share what the experience of life has taught me. How we can loose everything we thought mattered to us and then realised that this was a gift/an opportunity to become far more and give much more.
