After finishing 5 years of Law School I am planning to travel for a year before I go into the world of work. I will be travelling with my boyfriend of 4 years, Lewis Waugh. I have been fortunate to have travelled quite a lot in my life. However, it has always been a dream of mine to leave home for a year and go out into the world to meet lots of interesting people and experience lots of wonderful things.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I heard about Couchsurfing through a friend who used it in Europe, she had a wonderful time and told me stories about the wide variety of personalities she had stayed with. I like the idea of seeing a new city through the eyes of someone who lives there rather than as a tourist. My travels where you have a local to advise you have been some of my best memories.

Completed a legal aid internship in Cape Town when I was 20. Spent 2 months living and working in Cape Town.
