About Me

Dear couchsurfers 🛋🏄🏾‍♂️ I love hosting ❤, meeting new people is nice and cosy, I'm open-minded, curious and enthusiastic about traveling overall, especially out of the mass tourism destinations.

I am used to human interaction and I love all kinds of people in general. Personally I'm always open and transparent and up for sharing or learning something new.

If you will bring something traditional for me from your home-country that would be great 😎

Note: (I am not providing the hotel facilities just to spend a night, please explain why you want to stay at my place) 😉

Peace, Love, and Respect! 🌸

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Staying with people who live a completely different lifestyle also forces you to put into perspective the existence you’ve been accustomed to. It makes you question your own choices and leads you to understand that not a lot of things are either good or bad, ok or not, in this world: it’s just a matter of perspective. On this journey, I stayed with singles, couples, families, old and young hosts, religious (all kinds) and atheists, very poor and wealthy individuals… The diversity in CS members who accepted to host me was crazy. And I would have probably never talked to or met many of them by chance, if it hadn’t been through Couchsurfing. It widened my horizon tremendously, and helped me go beyond meeting like-minded backpackers in yet another hostel. It challenged me daily (in a good way) and took me way outside of my comfort zone, which is, in my opinion, the main goal when you travel.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love both Pakistani and Indian music but Indian music seems to be too formalized and boring (apart from a few exceptions here and there) probably due to the Bollywood machine churning out vast quantities of processed crap everyday. If something becomes a business then it naturally becomes more about productivity rather than heart. The Pakistani band scene has always thrived on innovation and raw talent (as most things Pakistani) while Indian bands are almost non existent apart from a few like Kailash Kher but even they eventually sell out to the Bollywood industry.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think so far I have a few things on the list of amazing things I've done with my life. Here is an opportunity to count my blessings & share it. Off the top of my head, those that come to mind include:
Falling in love (more than once); those are some amazing experiences because you can find you can love more than one person and for different reasons. It also helps you figure out who you are and who you want to be. It is amazing to love someone else so deeply. It makes you so good inside.
Traveled. This is something really fun. My last trip was to Pakistan Northern Areas . It was an eye opener because the country was so beautiful.
