I am currently a full time traveler and aspiring writer. This past year I was working in Utah with unaccompanied refugee minors in foster care. Before then I was a teacher for 5 years. I worked in a variety of classrooms: Elementary Spanish, Algebra, Middle School Art, & Science. I grew up skiing the slopes of Utah, hiking the canyons, and camping in and around the state. I returned to Mexico to visit extended family a few times a year and attribute my love of traveling and immersion in a different culture to this experience.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
When I'm traveling I enjoy meeting locals and usually do so by visiting tiny markets or volunteering with an organisation. Recently I went couchsurfing with my best friend in Denver and loved the experience of getting to know people by staying with them.
