I’ve been a pediatric emergency nurse for 14 years. Was general pediatric nurse since 1993. I travel as much as I can. I kicked cancer in 2024. Married with 3 grown kids. Favorite trip was to Thailand and Cambodia. Planning to get back to Asia next year. Hope to go for 4 weeks and visit Thailand, Vietnam and Bali.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel and meet people and this sounds very adventurous. My family with a toddler did a homestay once in Costa Rica that hosted by a wonderful couple. It was a great experience. one day I would like to do a homestay to really get my Spanish

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was a skydiver before becoming a mother, if it was above 60 degrees and skies were blue on a weekend, I was at the drop zone for 3 years. I was a travel nurse back then and got to jump from many different aircraft. Biplane was my favorite at the World Free fall Convention in Illinois

Teach, Learn, Share

My grandmother was a wonderful cook and taught me a lot. I enjoy tasting new cuisines. I love teaching my patient's and new staff in the emergency room.
