HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

a friend of mine introduced me to CS, since i like helping people specially those who are planning to come see the Philippines,,

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

it is weird at first, having lived by myself for more than two decades, and welcoming strangers into your home, but its the experience i enjoy the most, specially when you put a big SMILE on someones face after hosting them or a TIGHT hug that feels like your being crushed,, hosted a couple of nice guys that i can say i would host again, and i can say that they had a great time staying with me,,,,,

i have gotten request that at first i thought its a good idea, but then as you talk to each other, you feel like he/she is just using you to get a free place for their travel, so,dont get upset when i cancel on you, as i have the prerogative to do so,im just doing you a favour,,

one more thing, communicate with your host, respond when you get a message, vice versa, get to know more of each other right before your trip, that way you won't feel like a stranger with each other when you meet,

Intereses

i work freelance, so basically, i manage my own time, i am usually on call 7 days a week, and my busiest days are Fridays and weekends, i may or may not have time to take you around but will make sure to make lunch or dinner for you, or we can go eat out together,
when im not working, id rather stay home and rest,

Note to my future surfers, have an itinerary, i am more than happy to help you just in case you have questions on what to do etc,
