I really feel that traveling and experiencing new cultures has made me more open minded. For a young Akronite, I have been to a significant amount of places in my life. I have a strong desire to see and learn much more!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couchsurfing experience was in Toronto, Ontario in 2013. Again in Memphis, Tennessee in 2014 which went so well it almost turned into a roommate situation. In 2016, I couchsurfed in Santa Cruz and in 2017, I couchsurfed in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I love learning about the culture of the area from my hosts. Something you wouldn't be able to get if you were to just go to a hotel alone. I do pretty much all my travelling by myself so it's nice to meet up with company.

兴趣

I love to read! My favorite is anything non-fiction because I also really love to learn. Seriously, I read text books for fun! Haha. I'm also all about self improvement. Anything that will help me grow as a person is what I'm interested in.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I was the most awestruck when I went to the Philippines, which was the first time I've ever left the continent. It was total chaos! Chickens crossing the road, children begging for money...I was stunned! That trip to the Philippines really changed my life forever.
