COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I’ve surfed several times (Istanbul,Berlin, Luebeck, Tampere, Turku, Paris, Rabat, Fes, Hasilabid, Marakesh, Valencia). But this experience is far from being the only one in my life of this kind. It happened a lot of times to me when I met random people in different cities around the globe just in the street, and then we ended up being really good friends or at least good acquaintances.

I went to the North Pole on an icebreaker "50 years of victory"
I’ve seen total solar eclipse 8 times: in 2006 (Astrakhan’, Russia), in 2008 (Novosibirsk, Russia), in 2009 (Wuhan, China), 2013 Uganda, 2015 (from the board of airplane over the Norwegian Sea), 2016 Indonesia, 2017 USA, 2019 Chile.
I saw the launch of a rocket from the Baikonur cosmodrome.
I climbed Kilimanjaro and Elbrus.
I’ve spent a night on the Great China Wall (on its ancient part that has never been restored) and on Maya pyramide.
Swam with dolphin family in Zanzibar, went to see sailing stones in the Death Valley in the US.
In Turkey on the mountain Yanartas and in Turkmenistan I’ve seen natural gas torches that appear straight from the ground under your feet.
In the summer of 2010 I’ve spent only 4 euros to cover my travel expenses from Berlin to the Atlantic coast (fortress of La Rochelle).
