About Me
Accepting couch surfers from April - November 2026.
Do you have your own transportation?
Why not come and explore the northern coromandel peninsula.
About me:
I’m born in NZ and am happily living the coromandel lifestyle.
I’ve been living on the coromandel for over 25 years so I have all the local knowledge for all kinds of adventures.
I’ve been hosting on CS since 2017 and have had only amazing experiences to be grateful for, especially most recently with some good experiences creating great memories!
Happy and excited to host new friends over the 26 period.
Send me a request and let’s make a plan!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Enjoy meeting/hosting new people and sharing and learning something new.
And to create global networks for travelling abroad.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Travelling my own country top to bottom twice in a motor home.
Teach, Learn, Share
I enjoy good conversations, and mostly I enjoy sharing good food.
Lots of time walking the beaches. swimming! training, and hiking and enjoying nature.
Because nature is therapy.
local knowledge, outdoor activities like hiking and fishing and gathering wild food, being sustainable with local resources,
And having fun, and a laugh.
Not taking life to serious and enjoying the moment.
What I Can Share with Hosts
We have lots to share, we have destinations and beautiful coastal locations to explore, we can share responsibilities around the home. Like preparing meals and maintaining a clean organised environment, plenty of good vibes and great hospitality and if you like dogs, then you are in luck because we own dogs. And dog walk daily.
