I´m a happy positive minded man and i love the life and our world. I'm originially coming from the german alps - near Munich. In the past 10 years, I have served the german army as a military mountain guide to train the guys in fitness, skiing 🎿 and rock climbing. Now is my true passion to help other people by changing their mind, for more success, happier, fullfilled life - and if they do, that makes me even happier. I like my job as an mental coach for personality development, healthy food and fitness very much.
