CURRENT MISSION Finding the right place to be. For a while at least. I've just come back to Germany after one year travelling through South America. It feels strange to be back and I am already trying to figure out when (and how) to leave again 🚀 ABOUT ME Born and raised in Italy, I moved to Leipzig, Germany, in October 2018. I studied foreign languages and "how to teach Italian" (and German), wanted to start a PhD in psycholinguistics, ended up working in the marketing field. I didn't like it at all and in August 2023 I quitted my job to start travelling around a bit more. Two days after quitting my job, I took my rucksack and tent and decided to reach Albania from Germany (and back) by hitchhiking, bus and train. And finally, in November 2023, I took a flight to Santiago, Chile, and started discovering South America. This time (unfortunately) without a tent but still without flying and still backpacking. No need to say I love (solo) travelling and discovering new places with the eyes of the locals. I don't really like to plan my trips, I love to see how things develop while I am travelling. Sometimes I do plan where I am gonna eat next :) eating new stuff is super important to me. I like combining party and culture when I'm travelling, so I can be the one to go dance with all night long, and at the same time the one to spend some time in a museum with as well! I do like reading and writing but I think I need someone to help me with my introduction, not good at writing them 🙃

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I'm here to meet people from all over the world! I'm not always able to host, but I could hang out whenever I am free! I also hope someone will host me during some of my trips!
Music, Movies, and Books
Ok, I think it's easier to say what music I don't like: (too much) commercial stuff, reggaeton, salsa and co. I do love reading but can't mention just one favourite author or book, too hard. But I do love Jose Saramago. Currently reading "Entangled life: how fungi make our worlds, change our mind & shape our future" by Merlin Sheldrake 🍄 I am not a big friends of movies or series, I just can't concentrate for a long time. However, "A clockwork orange" and "Full metal jacket" are among my favourites.
