Relatively new to travel and Couchsurfing, so I would love to meet people from different walks of life and cultures.
I'm very into leading a healthy and active lifestyle. With that said, I love working out and being outdoors--especially running on trails (the best way to explore). I also enjoy farmers markets, reading, exploring different types of food, music and movies.
From Sep to Oct 2015, I backpacked around for seven weeks. It was one of the most growth-provoking, draining, yet exhilarating experiences of my life. I learned a great deal about myself and it has prompted to me to see much more of the world. I was so inspired, I hopped a plane to live in New Zealand for a year. After that I lived in Australia for ten months.
Just returned home to the States recently, but anticipate getting back out there soon!
Hope to get to know you :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Living in California my entire life, I have a limited perspective of the rest of the world. I'm opening myself up to learn from each and every person I meet, because we all have our own unique story to tell.
I´ve met new friends from all over the world during my trip through Europe, all via Couchsurfing connections. It is always comforting to know you can make a friend on the other side of the world before you actually get there :)
