Hi. My name's Miki, I'm 28 years old and I'm from Romania. VERY IMPORTANT: Since my schedule is busy during the week and also during some weekends, I may seem picky but actually it's because I don't have enough time to live (I'm one of those people who'd like to have a 48-hour day haha). I'm an English teacher and that's been keeping me busy a lot. I love new experiences, meeting people that can enhance what I already am and to whom I can offer the same experience through my culture, my knowledge and what else I can give. I love love cats ( pretty sure I've been one in another life), I'm really passionate, soulful, have a good sense of humour and a lot of patience to listen to anyone that has something to say. I'm a spiritual person ( one that believes that there's something more than matter but has no name for the Creator) and I love talking about this topic to anyone who has the same opinion or can bring good arguments to deny everything. I love changes of all kinds and I embrace the unknown :) Oh, and just to make sure you've read about me, when you send me a message requesting to be my guest, tell me that you'll bring me a traditional food from your country! ( and you'd better :)) )

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I really believe that one can develop so much when interracting with another human being from another country/culture/religion. Diversity is what completes you, it makes you understand and experience the world as complex as it is. As long as you stay open minded, there's a brave new world out there and I can't wait to meet it.
Music, Movies, and Books
I love techno music. It's what I've been listening to for the past 4 years. I've discovered Romanian Techno Music so yeah, that's my thing. But, as long as it's music where I can dance and express myself, I'm down. I love psychological movies, the ones with psychopaths, classics such as "A flow over the cuckoo's nest" or "The Game". I'm a sucker for Black Mirror and Hannibal ( this are my personal best).During the last year, I've read some spiritual books ( The power of the present, New Earth, You are what you think. )
One Amazing Thing I've Done
I'm currently doing it: I searched for the thing that I can do best ( I've loved English since I couldn't understand Romanian) and I've become a teacher, sharing my knowledge and my passion with other kids to follow my path. In my opinion, this is everybody's purpose: find what you love and share it with others.
Teach, Learn, Share
I currently teach and, surprisingly, I'm doing a good job. I'm pretty sure I can teach anyone that has the patience to follow me ( as i have the patience to follow them). I talk a lot so you most certainly will learn something :) I'm a good learner. I'm like a sponge that absorbs all the information and I'm convinced that nothing that comes in your way is without purpose. Everything I once learned has helped me one way or another. I'm sharing a part of me right now. And I'm willing to share bits of me wherever I go.
What I Can Share With Hosts
I live with my cat, Margot. We're two girls who live in a 2 bedroom apartment in Bucharest and have an active life ( my cat's currently on my dresser). So we're gonna share two feminine energies with you. I can share some hiking experiences (if you're into that) during weekends and, if my time allows, I can accompany you in the city(or in another city) to show you some hidden places or take you to some traditional restaurants.
