ABOUT ME

If I could, I would travel around the world..love meeting new friends, learning about various cultures, chilling in a new city, eating good food and raving about them, slacking at home, love children, nature stuff, blue waters and clear beaches, daydreaming myself sleeping on a hammock in some Carribean island, sleeping.

We are an easy-going couple, but might not talk too much to people at first contact. My husband talks even lesser to strangers. We are the types who need a bit of time to warm up! You may call us a boring couple. Haha. But we are considerate and pleasant people :)

First read about it from the papers a few years back, but didn't do anything concrete till I needed to surf!

Hosted several surfers before, and surfed once in Japan before!

No horror movies, no alien/disgusting creature-movie.

Likes the occassional brainless movies, sometimes thought-provoking movies, and the occassional blockbuster.
Listens to English and Mandarin music in general, used to listen to Japanese music in the past, am a fan of Taiwanese band, sodagreen.
Reads travel books, novels. Love LOTR!

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I love the feeling of simply stopping in my footsteps, gaping and being in awe of various sights around the world, eg. Great Wall of China, in the midst of a sea of clouds in Taiwan, picnic-ing on a field in Amsterdam and watching people, admiring the great Deer Cave of Sarawak, etc etc. There are just too many amazing moments...

Lehren, lernen, teilen

We aren't very well-travelled people, so we wouldn't have as much travel stories to share.
For myself, I love my home country, so I hope to share as many good things about Singapore as I could!
For my husband, his interest is in Mathematics!
As for learning, we would love to learn about our surfers'/hosts' countries and their own lives. :)
