About Me

20 year old, English teacher, Former stage actor, vegeterian and a book worm. My ultimate fantasy is that when the civilization collapse and everyone is looking for food and shelter I'll be carrying my books and just die reading them :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Going on vacation is the sweetest activity I have ever done and the only flavoring that can help make it even better, is to do it free of charge:)
So I'm here to help others taste it as well.

Interests

Besides my books, the only thing that can solace me is writing. Whether writing poems or short stories. Going on trips and camping is what gives me the most inspirations for my writtings and helps me to leave my pitty worries behind. I try not to cause any harm to the environment on my trips and often try to erase the left overs of other peoples visits from the nature.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite writers are David Gemmell, Darren shan, William Carlos Wiliams and Ahmad Mahmood (last one was my townsman) and of course Sadi and Hafez and other prominent Persian poets.
And in movies aside from Ikiru korosawa and Abas Kiarostami, I'm a great fan of Christopher Nolan(Especially the dark night) and James Cameron.
And in music lets just say Radiohead and Anathema and you'll need nothing else!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing that I've ever done is I think the fact that I've planted numerous seedlings all over my city and also outside it since couple years back and I've been fighting alongside other NGOs to help make my living place more environmental friendly and I have not stopped it even for one day.

Teach, Learn, Share

I believe the road to redemption is not in the religions or the heavens. But is integrated in the people them selves. Thus I'm always open and eager to meet new people and ideas and I try not to be offensive, but acceptive towards them. I love cooking and I try to cook new dishes every now and then and get very excited when I meet someone who's open and eager in trying them with me.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer my house to 1 or 2 people to have a temporary resident as my guests and if you like to visit the most magnificent ruens from 2500 years ago I'll be glad to show them to you during your stay. From the ruens of 'Chugha zanbil' and the great city of 'Susa' and the great palace of 'Takht jamshid' in Shiraz which was the heart of persian empire.
And the tour that almost everybody has told me that it has been the best tour they have done so far, is the tour of"Kut_Abddolah". From it's vast vineyards and date palm farms, to it's magnificent view and Water Buffalos. Also the modest people with rich culture will serve us their classic breakfast and show us what u can't see anywhere else on earth, but here. Even if there is 1 place u want to visit in Iran, I recommend this place. Just u have to inform me in advance to arrange it for u.
Also I'm a well cook and my father also is a cool and friendly person who everybody falls in love with instantly.
I think the only thing that is left for you to do is to enjoy!

P.S: I've heard that some hosts ask for money from their guests. It's against the policies of CS, and make sure you never pay anything for the accommodation, rather than the things you have agreed on in advance.
