CURRENT MISSION

In a transition phase from working in Australia for two years to finding the next step. 2015 Goals: learn how to juggle, run A LOT more for further distances, do more Yoga, find a good home base to settle in for while, live a more environmentally and people friendly life, and always and consistently trying to learn learn learn!

ABOUT ME

I have many nicknames and I love people and places and dancing and yoga and walking and paddling and swimming and ...... The list goes on. I have been an outdoor environmental educator for the past 10 years. From preschoolers to highschoolers...I especially enjoy being able to work with youth in an experiential outdoor education adventure-based education. I want to learn how to live more sustainably while being able to stay within the community of mass society. I love cities...but I also love complete wilderness.

Am a big fan of many genres of music from jazz to bluegrass to raggaeton. Wish I could play an instrument, maybe one day someone will be patient enough to teach me. Books are always piling up either in my hands or backpacks or shelves...Crime and Punishment was my first book love. Movies...anything that is either meaningful or will make my cry with laughter.

I have a permaculture design certificate, although I have only put it to use in very small scale ways. I also love white water canoeing and hiking. Also just learned how to fly fish this past summer and need to learn more!
