Overview
About Me
I'm American(ethnically Korean if you care about that sort of thing), came to Japan to start a business nine years ago and still here. Very Californian laid back but love joking around.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love meeting new people, I'm nice and friendly...and I like to share! My house is basically a free hotel for my friends who want to visit Japan(and me?) anyway and when I travel I can sleep anywhere in any condition... so maybe I'm the ideal person for this couch surfing thingy?
Music, Movies, and Books
Favorite movies: Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. I went to a British boarding school and this is all they allowed us kids to watch.
Books: Every single sci-fi and fantasy novel. I think I've read all of them. All.
Music: Anything with a good beat I can dance to. I listen to music to dance.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I let someone pull out my lucky hair(it's blond and ultra-thin) that had been growing out of my cheek... and my luck is still strong! Ok, so I've done no amazing things that I can think of. Maybe reading too many novels has skewed my sense of what I consider an amazing feat.
Teach, Learn, Share
What the what? Not sure what this category is about.
Fun factoid: Did you know that Goldfish have a 3 second memory?
Factoid: an item of unreliable information that is reported and repeated so often that it becomes accepted as fact.
hahahaha... gotcha!
What I Can Share with Hosts
My sofa(with clean sheets and blankets), my food if I'm cooking, my beer, my sense of humor(don't expect too much), clean towels/shower, not my toilet... I will provide a bucket in the corner of the room, my company(unless I have too much work), and my friendship if you are a good person. I like good people. Humor is a bonus but good is good.
