26 years old based in Greater London, im very outgoing positive person, i say what i feel. My friends describe me as confident and generous. I love helping people and i have lucky to have some really good friends around me to put me back on the right path when im lost.

Running 18 miles on bad hang over, Running 30miles last year on heavy back pack was far too tough but good mental challenge. The best one was Participating the OMM [ pls google it] Last year in lake district was the best. Everyday activities are always been amazing.
