I am a warm and loving person who values helping others have a positive experience. I am enthusiastic and love stimulating conversation and laughter over good food and wine. Nothing like it! I love hearing peoples' stories and learning from everyone and validating each person's value in the crossing of our paths.

I am a Tour Director and travel a ton. When I am not on a tour, but rather simply LEARNING a city, I prefer to be taught by a local. What a great way to make new friends while discovery the ins and outs of the area!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I travel often for work and LOVE meeting new people and hearing their stories. One of my favorite things is meeting people who live in the city in which I'm visiting. There is nothing like a local to show you around and give you personal stories. The more stories I have and the more interesting details about a city, the better my commentary is when I am giving a tour in a particular area. You can only get that through personal relationship and time shared with another human being. Connection is magnificent!

I want to provide a cozy place and warm connection with people who wish to stay in my home when I am not touring. The world is so big, yet so small and it's so incredibly wonderful having "family" across the distance.

Anything about connection, love, redemption, etc---- I'm a horrible Romantic. However, I'll shock you bc as warm and fuzzy I am, I love Action movies with the best of them. I also love Drama (not in real life tho!), Musicals, Science Fiction, and Documentaries.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For me, personally, other than raising 4 amazing children into adulthood, the thing I'm probably most proud of is the personal growth in this journey called life. I used to be so fearful in life- which was very limiting. I went through a divorce and it changed me completely. I am so grateful for the inner qualities that were unleashed in me through the process and hope to encourage others to become free from any chains that bind them. My purpose in life is to make others feel loved. I'm sure of it.
