To regulate imagination by reality, and instead of thinking how things may be, to see them as they are.
Two things I want to do most in life: create stuff and have interesting experiences. I have found that these two give me the most enjoyment.
I strive to be an authentic and frank person and like the same in others.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have enjoyed hosting and being hosted. It's always been wonderful. I'm still in contact with some people I met years ago on couch surfing.
I enjoy traveling, real and deep conversations, going on spontaneous adventures, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, reading, TV-series, philosophy, business, psychology and persuasion topics. Some science, too.
- outdoor activities
- extreme sports
Music, Movies, and Books
Music: That's a case by case question; i.e. I have eclectic taste. But I've found I'm not that much into RnB and Hip-Hop or anything that uses auto-tuning.
Movies: I've seen some good movies, but I always forget what they were... :F
TV Series: Prefer these over movies. I have liked, e.g., Californication and Narcos
Books: All time favourite: The Fountainhead, also enjoyed Atlas Shrugged, Crime and Punishment and all kinds of non-fiction books.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Traveled to 45 countries, crossed the Atlantic on a Cargo ship, motorcycle trips, circumvented Australia in a car out of which I lived, lived and surfed in California, figured out who I am and what I want out of life.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you Swiss manners...(yes, we are very polite over there) and about the stuff in my interests.
I'm open for any sort of teaching. Just show me what you got.
