CURRENT MISSION

My mission in life is to see as much of this world as possible and enjoy heaven on earth. I work so that I can go on vacation and sightsee. My native language is English, but I also speak Spanish, but not perfectly.

ABOUT ME

I was born in Guyana, South America, but raised in Brooklyn, New York. I have a lot of energy but it serves me well. Traveling is my passion and I almost never visit the same place twice (unless of course I'm visiting family). I love to sight-see and have taken a liking to the outdoors. I'm not quite a tree hugger but I love spending time in parks and on trails with my husband and 2 kids. I have 2 small dogs (Bailey and Dusty) that are wonderful but like to run off and explore.

I've visited 29 of the US 50 states.

I went from oh one day to participating in local CSer get togethers to finally surfing and can't wait to do it again.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed my 1st couch in August 2012 and had a blast. Can't wait to do it again.

Intereses

I am a lifelong learner with a passion for traveling, sightseeing, running, and the outdoors. I also enjoy sewing my own clothes, even if they don't always turn out great. I live with my husband, our 2 adult children, and 2 dogs (Dusty and Bailey). I almost never miss a day of work because I need to have money to feed my traveling addiction.

I want to become fluent in Spanish so anyone who can help me on that journey is a friend of mine. As for sharing, I love to cook and make mixed drinks from recipes I find on the internet.
