ABOUT ME
- I love meeting new people when I move around, just the scenaries is not enough, for me it's all about the human beings, sharing experiences and visions of life
- I love the great outdoors and going for walks, bike rides and hikes in beautiful Nature. This is one of the things that makes me feel most fresh and alive.
- I love the sensation of discovering a new place and never feel more alive than out of my comfort zone.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

They've all been so positive! Wether in Mexico or Canada when I was hosted or in France with the people we hosted with my parents at first and now with my housemates. For a few years we hosted with my parents when I lived with them and over the past couple of years through all the people we hosted the beautiful house I've lived in with various beautiful housemates. These encounters always turned out to be so nourishing and refreshing, I love them and feel blessed to be part of the project.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Lived in a anthroposophic community in Quebec (Maison Emmanuel) living with mentaly disabled people for 6 months, enjoying life, playing, caring for them, this turned my world around and left me with the question, who decided we are the ones that are able and them the disabled?
Spent 6 months living in a truck traveling between northern California, Oregon, British Columbia, Yukon and Alaska.
More recently lived for over a year in a zen buddhist monastary (plum village)in south of France practicing mindfulness, tasting simple life one minute at a time.

Nowadays I am a massage practitioner and share beautiful and powerful stress reducing energetic techniques. I have been able to share them in a school with teachers and more recently with young students before exams. It was a great experience.
