ABOUT ME

I am obsessed with the expression and the idea of freedom, therefore, I love travelling.

I have seen the Himalayas and the Karakorams up close and I love mountains. Been to the Swiss Alps and the Canadian Rockies too.

I live in the Scottish Capital - Edinburgh. I am usually busy thinking about SME business ideas.

I currently run two businesses, and sometimes write legal papers. I don't like the idea of a job though; I see it as sophisticated slavery.

I am quite secular, nevertheless I understand and respect the dynamics of religiously dominated society; I grew up in one and it did not affect me adversely, as some would like to believe.

I am a chatter box and can talk non-stop for hours, not shy at all, very bold outspoken and clear about my views, which are not necessarily politically correct.

Intellectually strong people with unique point of views really excite me, though other simple things can excite me too.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Note: I have been on Couch-Surfing before they even invented 'verifying users' hence my arrogant protest; open to vetting though.

We used CS in our EU trip, back in 2008, but I did not have an individual profile at the time.

We stayed with few CSs in EU and hosted some in London and Edinburgh and its been great meeting all these wonderfull people.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I saw Nanga Parbet (9th highest peak in the world) at around 2:00am in the morning, you could see nothing but the snow capped peak glowing with the moonlight. It was a breath-catching experience; A glowing mountain in the middle of the night.
