I relish the simple pleasures of life—chilling at the beach, savoring a good glass of wine, getting lost in a book, and traveling to new destinations. I'm deeply connected to the serenity of nature and I love animals. My adventures often include psychedelic healing journeys, philosophical discussions, enjoying live and alternative music, and participating in ecstatic dance and art. I thrive on making meaningful connections and meeting diverse beings.

Meditation and yoga are cornerstones of my lifestyle, enhancing my mindfulness and connection to the world. These practices are crucial in helping us embrace our humanity and increase our awareness.

In my professional life, I am a humanistic and transpersonal psychotherapist based in A Coruña and Lugo. I manage my own therapy center, Espacio TEOTS (https://espacioteots.org), where we focus on personal growth and healing. I also do psychedelic healing practices.

Every few weeks, I take to the road in my van, combining work with exploration, discovering new places and people for about a week at a time.
