I love travelling and meeting new people. Getting to know new cultures through my guests is nearly as good as travelling itself.

Too many books to list E.M. Remarque, H.de Balzac, Dostoyevsky, H.G. Wells and J. Kerouac are probably most memorable encounters from childhood. Now I'm lucky if I can fit a chick-flick between boring work-related books. Music - nothing really beats Lenny Kravitz and Coldplay but currently going bonkers for London Grammer.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The most amazing thing I have ever done is probably the fact that I managed to produce a little boy who is as passionate about travelling as I am.
Second will probably be the little girl I delivered on my birthday night many many years ago during my midwifery placement. Never to be forgotten.
