Hi everybody:) Nice that you visit our profie:)Me- Monika and my boyfriend-Krzysiek are twentysomething people, ADVENTURE-TRAVEL-SOCIALIZING-HUNGRY, always looking forward to new experience.We love to visit new places, exploring different cultures finding open-minded folks as we did several times, local and abroad Europe, tent, hostels or under the sky.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We're fresh in CouchSurfing community, we heard about this project from few our friends and find it great to help people to travel in that way. In first week of our activity on CouchSurfing we hostet two girls from Sweden,Ilynca and Hannah, then Stefano from Italy and Natalia from Cracow. It was great experience to meet them, spend some time together, discover similaritis and differences between us, seat on the beach or in cafe and chat. It was just nice steppingstone in our everyday life:)) Hope to host more:))

Interests

We love to spend time actively. One of our hobbies is playing frisbee in two or with few friends(we call ourselves The Flamethrowers;)) , in parks or out of town, wherever.When we have time we love to go for canoeing trip.
I am interested in Jewish Culture too, I wrote my masters about Jewish revival in Poland what is very interesting when we think about how small jewish community is in Poland.

Music, Movies, and Books

It's hard to say which movies would be my favourite but I can tell about which movies I thought when I saw this question (I think that it may be determinant of how important they are for me;). Anyway I like a lot Woody Allen, especially his Manhattan and Annie Hall, La Vita e bella,Train de vie, Boy in the striped pyjamas, Pin for the Butterfly, Les Triplettes de Belleville,Underground,Black cat white cat, Football factory, Trainspotting, Human Traffic, Hooligans, La dolce vita, A bout de souffle, Ed Wood, cheap horrors especially with zombies...and a lot more;)
Krzysiek is more like Matrix things;)

Music. Hmm...we live with music, just love to explore music from all over the world. I just love bossa nova and african sounds but also rock music kind of like Radiohead.

Books. Well, my favourite book I guess is Master and Margarita by Bulhakov, I like Franz Kafka, Pawel Huelle, deffinitely Julio Cortazar.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hitch hiking is always an awesome experiance when you can learn there are still tons of generosity and willingness to be helpfull but that's well known in cs community. Awesome was to do it in winter with a broken leg and get auccesfull just before the night and reach Berlin. Awesome was to paraglide as a teenager, I wish to do it agan with Monika. Awesome is to live on this beautifull planet Mother Earth and meet good people.
