Londoner born and bred. I want to experience more of life and the variety of things this beautiful world has to offer. I am friendly, energetic, independent and compassionate with a good sense of humour. I like socialising. I love food. I like a little me time too. I enjoy some of my creature comforts but I crave freedom and creativity much more. I want to be an explorer of the world and enjoy social and emotional connections with the people I meet on this journey of life. "It doesn't interest me what you do for a living. I want to know what you ache for – and if you dare to dream of meeting your heart's longing. It doesn't interest me how old you are. I want to know if you will risk looking like a fool – for love – for your dreams – for the adventure of being alive." - Oriah Mountain Dreamer

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
Curious about people, places and culture. I want to see and do more around the world. I'm on CS to meet new people, create friendships, learn, see the universe from a different angle and simply enjoy life.
Music, Movies, and Books
I could list a load of bands/singers. Genres I like are quite varied. I like rock, indie, some metal, punk, classical, electronic/dance, some pop, some reggae and I might have some time/need convincing for jazz. I like listening to up and coming/unsigned bands too. Some films I like are: Into the Wild, The Shawshank Redemption, Amelie, The Lion King, Inception, Shutter Island, Interstellar, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, The Motorcycle Diaries, Jumanji, A Muppet Christmas Carol, almost all of the comic book adaptation films (DC/Marvel), this list can go on and on. My film taste is varied. I'm not a natural horror fan but I'll give it a go from time to time. I like Hitchcock. I don't watch films consistently because I like being out and about more, especially when the sun is shining but I do love watching a good movie alone or with friends. I recently read a book called "1000 Days of Spring" which really sparked my imagination and excitement to go out and travel. I don't read often but I'd like to. When I can get some time on my own with a good book I can be absorbed blissfully for a few hours or even a few days.
