ABOUT ME
34 years young, proudly gay, and professionally surviving adulthood in Budapest since 2016. By day, I'm a desk ninja in the corporate jungle; by night, I'm either out exploring new foodie spots or passionately defending why pineapple does not belong on pizza (fight me lovingly).
I’ve been calling Budapest home for nearly a decade and I still get excited when I see the Parliament lit up at night. I love meeting people from all over the world, sharing a drink, swapping stories, and occasionally losing at board games I insist I'm great at.
I can offer you a comfy couch, city tips that don’t come from tourist blogs, and my deeply philosophical thoughts on Eurovision Song Contest, and why Hungarian is the final boss of languages.
House Rule #1: If you’re sending me a request, prove you read this by including the word "PaprikaPower" in your message. It’s my secret spice of trust.
Let’s make your Budapest stay one to remember (without the awkward morning-after silence).
PHILOSOPHY
The world’s a weird, wonderful place—why not add to the chaos with good vibes and shared snacks? I believe strangers are just future inside-joke partners, and that travel is best done with a curious heart, an open mind, and at least one spontaneous dance-off in the kitchen.
Say yes to detours, laugh at the mishaps, and always trust someone who offers you homemade food and a Wi-Fi password.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because hotels don’t come with dinner chats, weird jokes, or spontaneous debates about which country has the best bread. I’m here to swap stories, share my space, and prove that the best part of traveling isn’t the sights—it’s the people you unexpectedly vibe with over a late-night snack and a slightly questionable playlist.
Also, I genuinely love being the reason someone remembers Budapest with a big, dumb smile.
